Why is Racism Wrong?
It is a grave error to attribute the political, cultural and technological supremacy of the Europeans to their racial background. Prior to their conversion to Christianity, the ethnic forbears of most Europeans were barely removed from Cro-Magnon culture.
In 732 A.D., an army of Islamic Asians and Africans tried to invade Europe through Spain. They were defeated by Charles Martel, Charlemagne's grandfather, in the Battle of Tours. Historians consider it a pivotal moment in Western Civilization.
Martel reportedly said of the day Christ was crucified: "Would that I could have been there with my sword!"
No record exists of Martel's thoughts the day he took the battlefield. Was he confident of victory because he believed his soldiers were racially superior? Or did his Christian Faith inspire Martel and his soldiers to sacrifice themselves in a fight to the death?
"Racists" or "Racialists" advocate a reductionist, materialistic ideology that posits a biological and genetic basis for European supremacy.
By reductionist is meant an attempt to simplify a complexity by defining it in relation to only one of its components.
By materialistic is meant the belief that human beings and the world they create are ultimately defined only by their chemical or physical properties. It is the same belief that animated Marxism.
Racist ideology is not only antithetical to Jesus's last earthly command to his disciples. Racist ideology contradicts the most important assumptions in European Christian Culture:
As Hegel said in his "Philosophy of History,"
Hegel was a genius who personified the true excellence of Germanic Christian culture. Hegel stated: "The rational is real," i.e., that Reason and Spirit are the greatest realities in this world. This is the antithesis of materialism.
Karl Marx inverted Hegel's philosophy into a "dialectical materialism" that was the ideology for the most accomplished murderers of the twentieth century. Inversion of the good into evil is Satan's favorite trick. Hegel was mocked by Nietzsche, a romantic atheist who inspired National Socialism, ideology of the second most accomplished murderers of the twentieth century. Adolf Hitler himself rejected Christianity and embraced a bizarre syncretism of eugenics and occultism.
Those who aspire to preserve and promote European culture must reject both Marx and Hitler.
Like Hegel, they must embrace Christianity and the magnificent history of European civilization that Christianity inspired.
Like Charles Martel, they shall make history because they are prepared to sacrifice themselves for Christendom.
True Europeans, true Americans, true Christians, cannot be racists.
